If you’ve lost your files and need to redownload a discontinued item, here’s how it works:
1. Recovery Timeframe: Files are guaranteed for download up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, they may be archived or permanently removed.
2. Recovery Fee: A $5 fee per order number is required for any request involving discontinued files. This helps cover the time it takes to locate and deliver archived designs.
3. What I Need From You: Once you purchase the File Recovery Fee listing, you will receive a form to fill out. Please complete it in a timely manner—your turnaround time begins only after the form is submitted. This ensures I have all the information I need to fulfill your request.
4. Turnaround Time: Please allow 3–5 business days from the time your form is submitted for files to be delivered.
