File Recovery Fee – For Discontinued or Archived Seamless Files

Lost your files and need help redownloading an old purchase?
This listing is for customers who previously purchased from me and are requesting access to discontinued or archived seamless designs.

Because locating and sending these files takes time, there is a $5 fee per order number.

✅ HOW IT WORKS:

Purchase this listing for each order number you're requesting recovery for.
After purchase, you’ll receive a form to fill out with your order info and the files you need.
Please fill out the form promptly. Your turnaround time begins after the form is submitted.
Once received, I’ll locate and resend your files within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

This does not give you access to every file I’ve ever made—only the ones you’ve already purchased.
Files are only guaranteed to be available up to 12 months from the date of your original purchase. I will do my best, but some files may be permanently removed.
I always recommend backing up your downloads right away to avoid future loss.
