1. Intellectual Property

All files and artwork provided by Grimmflower Hollow are the intellectual property of Grimmflower Hollow and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of these files or any elements therein is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Files

  • Restrictions: You may not use Grimmflower Hollow files to create new designs, nor may you alter, trace, recreate, or duplicate them in any manner.
  • Prohibited Actions: Reselling, sharing, or giving away any files is not permitted. Only watermarked images may be used when posting on your website, group, page, etc.

3. Delivery and Refunds

  • Digital Files: All items, including seamless and PNG files, are digital. No physical items will be shipped. Files will be delivered electronically after payment has been cleared.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on digital sales. Files are provided as-is, and we do not provide resizing or adjusting services. Please note that colors may vary based on printer settings.

4. Licensing and Usage

  • Personal and Limited Commercial Use: Files are permitted for personal use and limited commercial use. Businesses printing more than five yards of fabric at a time, as well as all fabric/print/DTF/sublimation/supply shops, must purchase a commercial use license.
  • Unauthorized Uses: The following uses are prohibited:
    • Print on demand sites (e.g., Zazzle, Custom Ink, StickerMule)
    • Print fulfillment sites (e.g., Printful, Amazon)
    • Reselling in any form
    • Sharing or giveaway

5. Design Specifications

  • Resolution: All files are provided in 300 dpi.
  • Usage Restrictions: Purchased designs are intended for sublimation printing, physical products, and fabric use only. Recreating any digital products for resale, including PNGs or elements from transparent seamless files, is not allowed.

6. Licensing for Mass Production

  • Small Handmade Shops: No additional licensing is required for small handmade shops.
  • Mass Production: With proper licensing, contact, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, some mass production items may be allowed. We reserve the right to change mass production allowances at any time to protect our business and artwork.

7. Yearly Licensing

  • Unlimited Yearly Licensing: We offer unlimited yearly licensing for purchase. The pricing is subject to change at any time. Yearly licenses have no yard limit, and files purchased while your license is active will remain yours. To continue purchasing and printing files, you must renew your license before it expires. Failure to renew will require you to purchase a new yearly license.

8. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Digital Downloads: All digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been sent. I am not responsible for customer mistakes regarding file purchases, including duplicate purchasing of files.

9. Enforcement and Ownership

  • Enforcement: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the designs constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Ownership: Grimmflower Hollow retains exclusive ownership of all artwork available on the website. Permission to use the artwork is granted solely through the proper purchase and licensing of the artwork.
